In the first half of the 20th century, the population of Chaska remained unchanged, and the population was over 2,000. In the 1950s, as the transition to a big city began, the city maintained its small-town image, but building codes and sound planning ensured that the community grew strongly. We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to renew our environment without wasting natural resources unnecessarily. Depending on the number of nights you spend there, our services are designed around a common goal. Guests paying the weekly rate pay the price of their stay at check-in, but for stays longer than seven days they must pay either a week in advance.

If the stay is less than seven days, a $50 per month fee per pet will be charged on the first day of the stay. If the month is more than a week and no more than $150 (after taxes for pets), you will not be charged. For stays of seven days, guests must pay for the entire stay (one week at a time) at check-in.

Guests who cancel or fail to show up will lose their prepayment for a non-refundable deposit of $3 per night. If you cancel your reservation, you must cancel it within 24 hours of check-in or you will be charged the rate shown on the credit card on which the reservation is made. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will lose your deposit for the entire stay (including taxes). Guests who cancelled and did not show up will lose their prepayment plus a $50 monthly fee.
