A District 196 school bus driver arrested on suspicion of DWI after he crashed while transporting students has resigned. Herby Paulson, 61, of Eagan was driving students home around 2:30 p.m. on March 8 when his bus left the roadway and hit a motor home parked in a driveway, police said.
